Zzzz?

My sleep cycle never actually went back to normal, even after NS..

It all started in primary school. The latest I'd sleep then was around midnight, and that was considered awfully late already. I still remember how my auntie would talk about my cousin, few years older than me, who had to(?) stay up late past midnight doing homework or revising. The thought of that shocked me then.

Then came secondary school. Time in school increased. Homework piled up, games piled up. Inevitably I end up staying up past midnight. 1, on the rare occasion, 2. Same for the IB period, since staying up any later left me in a zombified state for the next day in school. The only time I stayed up real late was when I had to rush for an art exam the next day. Slept at 4, woke up around 5-ish.

NS period, I didn't want to waste precious weekend time sleeping the day(or night, if you'd like) away, so the regular KO timing got pushed even further back to 4. Now that NS is over, this lifestyle unfortunately hasn't changed. Something inside tells me to revert, but my body doesn't seem to think so. Usually just end up lying awake in bed if I turn in early.

So there.. unknowingly or otherwise, I just complained about myself procrastinating. =(
